Stacy Leeds - thanks and farewell ...

I met Stacy Kissinger Leeds in 1999 at the Walnut Brewery, for what I thought would be a pleasant chat over lunch about what the newsletter ought to look like. By dessert, she had signed up to mastermind and produce the entire Technicalities layout. Nearly three years later, she leaves in her wake two international STC awards and one of the handsomest, most professional STC chapter newsletters in the nation.

Our new production challenge is to move Technicalities to an HTML format -- a job made easier by Stacy's fine color graphics and rigorous design standards. If we have been successful in translating to the screen what she did so ably in print, we will continue our distinctive, award-winning tradition.

Thank you, Stacy, for countless hours spent poring over page layouts and pleading for copy from balky editors. The result has been a newsletter our chapter can read with pride and enjoyment. Good luck, thanks, and farewell!
