Sure you're a successful Technical Communicator, but is your body paying the price for your success? Have you ever suffered from job-related health problems? Yoga might be just what you need. Yoga is a simple and natural way to help keep your body healthy even if you have to spend hours at your computer every day.

We’ll go through some basic poses you can do anywhere, and you’ll also learn how to:

  • Breathe more naturally
  • Stretch muscles specifically damaged by improper computer stations
  • Relax and rejuvenate after a hard day’s work

Leave your yoga mats at home, bring an open mind, and join us for this holistic evening.

About the Speaker: Ron Arner, technical communicator by day, has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. He is a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance and currently teaches yoga at the Harmony Yoga Studio (www.harmony-yoga.com) in Denver twice a week.
