Come spend an interactive evening with Ginny
Redish as she shares insights from the dozens of usability testing
projects and hundreds of usability test sessions that she has
conducted. In these "lessons learned," Ginny will focus on creating
successful web sites rather than on conducting successful usability
testing.
Ginny will include lessons about
-
information architecture
-
navigation
-
organization of content sections
-
headings and writing on different types
of content pages
-
information design of different types
of pages
-
specific types of content, such as
press releases, booklets, fact sheets
Ginny will have lots of examples to show, and
your experience and your questions will be welcome throughout the
program.
