Rocky Mountain Chapter awarded Community of Excellence Careers in technical communication The Rocky Mountain Community is pleased to offer college classes a session with an RMC officer on what a career in technical communication may hold for students. If you know of a class that could benefit from this type of presentation, talk it over with Deb Lockwood, STC RMC president's advisory council. Feel free to check out this presentation (PDF) for a sneak peek. Attention STC members To change your contact information with STC, go to http://www.stc.org/formAddressChange.asp. The chapter primarily communicates to its members via email, so it is important that we have up-to-date information. STC provides all member contact information to STC RMC. We do not maintain a separate membership list. Get connected ... If you're an STC RMC member, consider joining the chapter's discussion list. For information about the list, including how to join, view the list FAQ page and the posting rules. Separate job list The STC RMC job announcements reside on their own list. Sign up for the separate list by emailing jobs@stcrmc.org. You must be a member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter to access the STC RMC job announcements. What's happening in the STC RMC? Check out our calendar for STC RMC and STC events. If you have events to be listed here, please contact info@stcrmc.org. Join the STC You can fill out an electronic application form, or download an ASCII or .pdf version of the form - all available from STC's membership page. Or email membership@stcrmc.org. To find out the benefits of joining both STC and the Rocky Mountain Community, check out this presentation. Download our New Member Guide and pass it along to others who might benefit from joining.
